Issuance of NOC for the proposed constructions within alignments and influence zones of all Metro lines, stabling lines and its depots undertaken by MMRDA

 (City Title) /CS (Cadastral Survey)/Survey no/ Final Plot(FP) number
 (obtained within 12 Months)  or any other documents (like 7/12, Rules Card,  Conveyance Deed ...etc.) as proof of  ownership/Development Agreement.
All documents (single copy) in true copy certified by the Architect / License surveyor/Structural Engineering.
If the plot is developed under SR Scheme then letter from SRA shall be submitted with a condition requesting for MRTS NOC.

Proposed or approved building plans showing marginal open spaces, Proforma, Building Number/Wing Number/floors. and section showing distances in Respect to plot boundary and center line of MRTS Alignment road (Hard copy and Auto CAD file) prepared by License Surveyor/Architect, indicating their License Number.
Tika sheet showing property under reference in red colour and regular line marked as per R. L. remarks in green colour and superimposition of building layout (Hard copy and Auto CAD file).
